What should I do before my appointment?
Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Avoid sunscreen, skincare products, exfoliants, or retinol for one week prior to your appointment. Remove contact lenses before treatment and avoid tanning or excessive sun exposure for 48 hours before and after your service.
Do I need to share skin conditions or sensitivities?
Yes, please let me know ahead of time if you have any skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or are using prescription skincare. This helps me customize your treatment safely and effectively.
Should I arrive early?
Please arrive on time so you receive your full treatment and have time to relax before we begin.
What happens if I’m late?
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure proper treatment time for all clients.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
What happens if I miss my appointment or don’t cancel in time?
Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may require full payment of the service before rebooking.

I exclusively use Le Mieux professional skincare, a gentle, results-driven line trusted by estheticians worldwide and suitable for sensitive skin.
Are your services safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Many clients with sensitive skin choose Mills Esthetics because treatments are customized and use calming, hydration-focused products. Always let me know your concerns beforehand.
Do you offer gift cards or spa parties?
